To the extent allowed by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms, and continuing to use the Service after changes are made implies your acceptance of the new terms.

When you consent to receiving SMS/text messages from ESAPCO, you agree to receive recurring messages sent through your wireless carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if it is listed on state or federal Do Not Call registries. These messages may be automated. They may include service-related information, like quote updates or notifications, as well as promotional content, like special offers and other marketing materials.

Your participation in this program is completely voluntary and does not affect your ability to make purchases. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase with ESAPCO.
